You mentioned an initiative to start tracking "Unique Viewers" which I think is great as it's important for us to be able to relate to TV advertising. Am finding a tough time finding any mention of this by the IAB in PDFs you linked. I could be overlooking it, but does the IAB address this issue? If so where?
