SIT WITH ME is an organization based out of NCWIT (National Center for Women & Information) that sits to inspire women in computing and IT. The symbolic red chair represents sitting for the future of technology; it's about not standing for anything less than women's full participation in computing. The IT industry needs more women in the work force, we need their creativity, we need their skills.
