We are searching for experienced account executives with established relationships with agencies and advertisers to build our broadband video commercial advertiser base. We are looking for professionals to take leadership in developing and managing relationships with key decision makers and media buyers. Successful candidates will have experience and a proven track record in selling broadcast or online advertising to various industries and delivering on revenue goals. Successful candidates must be highly motivated, extremely organized, team-oriented, creative, and possess outstanding communication and negotiating skills.
Job Responsibilities
- Create, implement and own a sales pipeline.
- Establish strong relationships with media buying decision makers.
- Work with Account Managers to generate creative, relevant media proposals based on client needs and ensure proper execution and delivery of those campaigns.
- Work with Account Managers to convey relevant and appropriate reporting to clients.
- Continuously grow revenue via increased reach and penetration across numerous advertisers in order to meet or beat quarterly revenue goals.
- Work closely with content aggregation group and marketing to structure and negotiate optimal deal terms.
- Prepare deal overviews and contract summaries for key stakeholders.
- Travel when necessary to meet potential customers - frequent face to face interaction with decision makers is expected.
Qualifications

Model candidates will have some experience working with website publishers, especially those with audiences that consume online video content. As a member of the SpotXchange Video Advertising Team, ideal candidates for this position will exemplify the creativity and meticulous attention to detail needed to produce exceptional advertising proposals for submission to the top ad agencies in the world. Model candidates will demonstrate expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point. All candidates must be motivated go-getters, willing to go the extra mile to produce highly professional sales and marketing material.Responsibilities:
- Work closely with SpotXchange publishers, internal publisher reps, and Ad Ops teams to prepare and submit RFP requests
- Work with Ad Ops and Ad Sales teams to provide accurate and up-to-date information on ad inventory availability across publisher network
- Help create and maintain a repository of sales materials and data that can be leveraged for future ad sales efforts
- Prospect, research, and communicate potential opportunities to members of the Ad Sales team
